2025 Player Registration Process
The Playfootball registration system has undergone a major upgrade for the 2025 season so if you are unsure of how to use the new Playfootball portal please start by looking at the Playfootball Help System.
For returning Parents please ensure you claim your old Playfootball Profile to ensure your players details and history migrate across into the new upgraded system – Playfootball Help – Claim your Old Profile.

If you have a full or partial team of 4, 5 or 6 – U6 players and a Coach and Manager all registered and ready to nominate please download and submit a U6 Teamsheet and lodge your requested team list to registrar@balgowniejuniors.com.au. Note: Teams are subject to approval. |
If you are returning in 2025 with a full or partial team in U7, U8, U9 and the players, coaches and managers are all registered, download and complete a team list here lodge your requested team list to registrar@balgowniejuniors.com.au. Note: Teams are subject to approval. |
If there are enough players to form more than one team in any age group in U10’s or above official grouping or grading sessions will be held in early February 2025. Note: Teams are subject to approval.

STEP 5 | In late February 2025, BJFC will organise and finalise all U6 players into teams. | In mid February 2025, BJFC will organise and form teams to ensure even numbers across age groups and teams. |
The BJFC Technical Committee will form teams based on grouping and or grading results and the number of players. Teams will be announced mid February. |
STEP 6 |
Once a complete Team is formed the Coach or Manager can apply to the Club for a regular training day and time allocation. Once the Club has allocated a Team a training field and day / time the Coach and or Manager can commence training. |

STEP 7 | Ensure your child owns football boots and shin pads. 4th January 2025 update on Registration Fees for the 2025 season
A $25 Early Bird Registration discount is available in January 2025.
U6, U7, U8 – 2025 Early Bird registration fee is $160.
U9, U10, U11 – 2025 Early Bird registration fee is $165.
U12, U13, U14 – 2025 Early Bird registration fee is $185.
U15, U16 – 2025 Early Bird registration fee is $190.
U17, U18 – 2025 Early Bird registration fee is $200.
* The Early Bird discount is a $25 discount available until 1st February 2025, at which point the above prices will all rise by $25.
* Please note if an U11 player registers in U12’s the Fee will be $185 due higher costs for the graded age group.
* All fees will attract a credit card processing fee in the Playfootball portal at the payment screen.
Standard Registration Fees in February 2025
U6 – registration fee is $160 until end of February 2025. In March it will rise to $185.
U7, U8 – 2025 registration fee is $185.
U9, U10, U11 – 2025 registration fee is $190.
U12, U13, U14, U15 – 2025 registration fee is $210.
U16, U17, U18 – 2025 registration fee is $225.
* All fees will attract a credit card processing fee in the Playfootball portal at the payment screen.
Please note that Registration assists with the following expenses:
- Football South Coast fee per player
- Football NSW fee per player
- Football Federation Australia fee per player
- Insurance for both individual players and the Balgownie Junior Football Club
- Ground rental for both training and match days
- Trophies
- Uniform design and production
- Playing and training equipment
- Upgrading of clubhouse facilities as per Council requirements
- Referee payments
- The canteen helps to offset these and other expenses incurred in the running of the Club and has been the primary source of income for BJFC.
