Reporting an Incident

During any sporting activity injuries may occur from time to time. A player injured during a game – which includes the period immediately before and after – or a training event may be entitled to claim insurance. FNSW and FSC have developed policies to cover these eventualities. The Club plays no part in the claim process and cannot fill in or submit documentation on your behalf.
